The University Policy Office (UPO) is an administrative unit with responsibility for the strategic design and implementation of a university policy management program. Our department coordinates policy lifecycle management with key policy owners for policies contained in the Handbook of Operating Procedures (HOP). The office also maintains the university’s policy website and HOP policy library.

UPO is affiliated with University Compliance Services which reports to the President.
